• 分子量範圍：10 to 200 kDa，其中含有80kDa及25 kDa的加強條紋標識

• 建議用量：5 μl / 15-well or 10-well mini-gel 電泳或西方點墨法時。

•  蛋白質濃度:皆介於0.1~0.4 mg/ml之間，溶於含有20 mM Tris-phosphate

     (pH 7.5, 2 % SDS, 0.2 mM Dithiothreitol, 3.6 M Urea, and 15 % (v/v) Glycerol 之溶液
